SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free express shipping Australia-wide on all orders via Australia Post.


We currently do not offer international shipping.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days of purchase.


Delivery usually takes a few days after dispatch, but timing may vary depending on Australia Post’s service times and your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can follow its journey to your door.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your jewellery. If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Change of Mind Returns

If you've simply changed your mind:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unopened, undamaged, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue either (depending on your choice):

  • A store credit, or

  • A refund (excluding original shipping fees, if any)​

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned in used, damaged, or unoriginal condition

  • Items without the original security tag attached and untampered

  • Items which have not been notified to us within 7 days of receiving order

 

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item:

  • Please contact us first to check stock availability.

  • Exchange shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense unless the product is faulty.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Please email us at contact@didomenica.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the fault.

  • If confirmed, we will cover return shipping and issue a replacement.

WARRANTY POLICY

All jewellery comes with a 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults or defects only. The warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear

  • Tarnishing, fading, or discolouration

  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, water, perfume, or chemicals

  • ​The gemstones 

 

 Upon receiving items returned under warranty, we’ll assess the item and, if approved, offer a replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion.
